Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item for whatever reason we are available to help. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be shipped or returned in person within the 14 days to receive the refund. Please return items at:

We suggest to send items back in padded packaging and take the option for tracking to ensure eligibility for a refund. The Crystal Corner will not be responsible for mail that is lost or stolen. Please include within your return your checkout conformation number (this can be found in your emailed receipt of your purchase) to help our team insure we are refunding the correct account.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refunds policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must have no visible damage and/or wear after the customer has received
    the item.

  • Some items will be marked as final sale in their descriptions and will not be eligible for return. 

  • Non crystal clearing products (such as Palo Santo, sage sticks, and incense) cannot be returned.
